Free Shipping is available to Customers who purchase an Artwork within Australia. Artworks send to customers Outside of Australia will be charged a Shipping cost. This will be billed as a separate Shipping invoice to the Customer after purchase of the artwork from the website. The Customer is more than welcome to enquire on Shipping costs Before purchasing the artwork but an artwork cannot be put on Hold during this time. It will still be available for purchase from the Website.
Shipping: we use either art couriers, Pack and Send, any other courier companies, or Australia Post to send artworks to customers. This includes insurance in case of any damage in transit to the customer.
Artwork Returns: we offer the Customer a change of mind, 7 day Return and Refund. From the date of Receiving the Artwork the Customer has 7 days to inform us of wanting a Return and Refund. The Customer is responsible for Paying for Shipping the Return of the goods, Undamaged, to Simply What Is, in the original packaging. Once the Goods are received then the Customer will receive a Refund.
We take the security of all our transactions very seriously. That is why we employ the latest SSL security technology for transferring all order related information.
We use STRIPE payment gateway for all transactions. With Stripe we offer customers a very secure and easy way to order products online. For added security, in order to protect our customers, we do not hold your credit card information.
This site is owned and operated by Simply What Is Foundation - a philanthropic, community service, not-for-profit, non-government organisation. All services, projects, paintings, books, classes, events are created for and on behalf of Simply What Is Foundation. By using this site, you signify that you accept the terms and conditions of use.
All orders received by Simply What Is Foundation must be paid in full prior to shipment of goods using the supplied Stripe system, or direct debited into Simply What Is Foundation’s bank account.
All Classes must be paid in Full before commencement via ClassBento Booking platform. Follow the ClassBento Booking link for Classes (Wellbeing, Art), for individual Class Booking Terms and Conditions. Some Classes have a 7 day money back return, some 5 days, some none. Private Bookings have a change of date only.
For Mentoring Session bookings, these can be Changed or Cancelled 24 hours Before the Scheduled Booking time. Less than 24 hours the Customer will Not be able to receive a refund.
Purchases of Artworks have a 7 day change of mind Return and Refund from the date of when the Customer Receives the artwork. The Customer is responsible in paying for Return Shipment costs and to send the artwork back to Simply What Is in the original Shipping Packaging. The artworks need to be Returned Undamaged. Once the returned Artworks are received by Simply What Is then a Refund will be issued to the Customer.
Return of goods will be accepted upon agreement between Simply What Is Foundation and the customer. Return shipment costs must be paid by the customer. Please be aware of this before you use this site and purchase any products, this includes artworks.
